delayed pay out

hi guys,

Been encountering problems with delayed payout. my guest checked in March 7, 2017, yet havent received any pay out yet. in the transaction history, it is still under future transaction and still a reservation. the client checked out march 12 already. i had other guest this week, and i already received their payouts. its too hard to contact airbnb since they still dont have contact number in the phillipines. i messaged them thru twitter, yet got no help also.
