Hosting a property for a one-time stay

I have a few properties that are time share properties. They are available only for very specific dates. Typically a specific property is available for a specific week. How do I set this up on airbnb? I'm getting "hints" that my listing will not be shown because the calendar is blocked off.

If you list a property and then make it availabe for only a week or so during the year it will come way down the list of available properties when guests do a general search. The reason why is that it makes no sense to show properties to guests where there is very limited availability. 

If on the other hand they put in specific dates then your property will show up - it's place on the listings will depend on a multiple factors such as reviews, whether or not you use IB, etc
