Bring back Inbox to Android Phone App

Hi, I'm a new host and keen to respond to enquiries and booking messages as quickly as they come in, however, on the Air BnB android phone app, it keeps saying "No Messages" when I select the Inbox option.  This is very frustrating as I know there are messages, but can't see or respond to them! 

 

I do not always have access to a laptop so it's taking a long time to respond to potential guests.

 

Does anyone else have this problem?  would appreciate some help!

My Inbox on my iOS shows all the messages but reads "No New Messages".

 

I can reply to all the messages.

 

Go to the App store and see if others are reporting this.  If not, re-install the app.

 

That's where I would start, and if that didn't work, contact ABB via Twitter.

Thank you, I've tried all of that, I've even send an email to them - no reply.  I'm not on Twitter.  Frustrating as I really need to be professional about this, and the app is supposed to help with that!
