Need to Cancel Pre-Approval so guest can change dates

Hey guys, I pre approved a reservation, which then expired, and now my guest needs to change the dates of her reservation. The system won't let her book a new reservation or edit the one she made, and neither of us can cancel the request so she can start over. Any idea how to fix this?

You could try the method below which I found by typing "pre-approval" in the "Help" section search box.

Can I remove a pre-approval which I've sent to a guest?

Hey Steve, thanks for the reply. I'd love to use this method (and found it myself in search) but there is no Remove button available to me, which I probably should've included in my OP.

@Drew23 Hi, you can re-open the conversation much easier than that. (It seems as though using different browsers or apps either shows the Remove butten or not. Once the 24h are over the pre-approval is too, maybe that's why you can't see it).

Anyway, send your potential guest a Special Offer in which you can change dates, no. of guests, and overwrite the automatically calculated price as desired.
