I mistakenly listed a location with "Instant Book"

I mistakenly listed a location with "Instant Book"

I mistakenly listed a location with Instant Book, so when someone booked earlier today I messaged her explaining the mistake, as the time period for rental was stated in the description but I had not blocked out the subsequent months, (as we live there) AND i didn't realize it was listed with Instant Book!

I then wanted to cancel the reservation, but there seemed to be serious consequences!

 

where and how do I explain my mistake and the listing's error?

@Marisa-Nicole0  The system is automated as to the cancellation penalties.  Only Air BNB can override that.  Contact Air BNB staff.  If you don't know how to do that, there is a community guide on this site that will give you alternatives.  Good luck!
