How to get more views/bookings..looking for advice!

Hi guys!

We've been hosts for about 4 months now and we love it. However, it's a little slow and I noticed when I searched my city (Las Vegas), my listing did not show up (at least not in the first several pages..). I update my listings everyday. I always change up my pricing here and there to see if I get more bookings/inquiries. We have a great listing but I'm looking for advice in 2 areas.

1. I'd love some constructive feedback about our listing. Too wordy or just enough? Need better photos? I'm open to improvement!

2. I read somewhere that the more people save your place on their "Wishlist," the better your ranking in searches. Is this true, and if so I'm wondering if you guys can save my place on your "Wishlist" (and I will save yours as well!)

Hi @Roxanne0, it is true (do not know why) that the number of saved wiahlists pushes your listing up the page. We should all thry and save one another's listings to our wishlists.
