Fake/scam Listing and Airbnb doesn't seem to think it's important

Hi guys,

I was checking the listings in the area and comparing pricing, etc, etc and I noticed a new listing that is using my listing pictures, I immediately contacted airbnb warning them to take quick action because people might be getting scammed, of course a very high priority ticket; 10 hours and 3 calls later and still no resolution, no phone call to verify anything, scam listing still live and airbnb reps tell me "there are other people with issues so you have to wait like everyone else", is Airbnb becoming Comcast? I actually thought better of airbnb thinking that this type of issue where people can get scammed and of course my reputation (since my pictures are being used) and theirs would be a bit more important to them!

Fake listings are certainly a known issue and as far as can be ascertained are not a high priority.
