financial impact on guest if host cancells

I am a host and need to make a cancellation. What will the financial impact be on the guest? will they be charged a service?

@Jennifer105 your guest will get a full refund.  You will be the one penalised.

@Jennifer105, you will be strictly penalised (e.g. blocked dates, possibly a fine, etc.). The guest will be refunded but minus the AirBnB service fee. 

Better if you ask the guest to cancel, informing them that you will send them the AirBnB service fee via the Resolution Center.
