i have tried to resolve an issue with the AIRBNB regarding a reservation that  the number of guests acceeded the  number occupancy.

i contacted the AirBNB immidietley and explained to them that it is violation of the house policy and i like it to be cancelled without me being penalized.   

they keep saying the assigned maneger will be contacting me.

i was wondering if anyone has had such experience with them?

@Mo0 Yes, I've seen comments on twitter about case managers not responding quickly.  You need to be persistent and be the "squeaky wheel".  Contact them again, and if you know how to use Twitter send a tweet to @airbnbhelp.  Tweets are public so they respond right away. 

Did you just cancel this reservation?  I noted on your listing that you cancelled on someone.  Ouch! That will cost you your Super Host status!
