What can I claim as expenses for tax purposes when hosting airbnb in Sydney Australia

I am in Naremburn, Sydney and am not sure what I can claim on my tax as expenses against costs of hosting Airbnb, any input would be greatly appreciated. I find the website very frustrating, it is hard to find aphone number tospeak to someone and have been unable to amend my address...is there anyone I can meet nearby and have a chat about the ins and outs ups and down of hosting please?

I also live in Naremburn but only recently rejoined as a host.  It's best to speak to your accountant regarding your tax deductions.  I had the same issue re changing my address and I had to get someone from airbnb to change it for me.
