Verifying ID

I have the Verify ID reservation requirement set on my listing. In the "Help" section, it says I should be able to see the full name and date of birth of the potential guest but I have no idea where that information is!  Can anyone help? We have a clause in our home owners insurance requiring renters to be at least 25 so this is important!

I believe you only get full guest details when you accept a booking - not before. Same as guests do not get your full details.
