Starting and air bnb rural murcia

Hi everyone. I have recently bought a very large house (2 properties with through access). My plan is to live in the larger part of the propert and rent out the smaller one as an entire 3 bedroom house. The access between the two will be locked off from the larger house side. The property is rural but in a small village. Can anyone point me in the direction of where to start with the legalities please.
