Special Offer

I want to send a special offer for a long stay at my place. The request does not overlap with any other requests or previous bookings. For some reason the 'send special offer' box does not appear when I open the message stream from the guest. Has anyonme had this issue? What is the solution?

@Craig15 You can only send a Special Offer as a response to a reservation inquiry.  It won't appear as an option to a reservation request.  Assuming that you and the guest have discussed the Special Offer, ask the guest to cancel the reservation request (if that's what they sent you) and instead send you an inquiry (Contact Host button).  Then you will see the option to send a Special Offer.
