Running the ical file of dates and bookings

Does anyone know of a PC program that will run the ical file of bookings?

I've tried to link it to MS outlook calender but can't get it to work or update.

@Godric-and-Donatella0 I did find the instructions for importing into outlook: https://support.office.com/en-us/article/View-and-subscribe-to-Internet-Calendars-f6248506-e144-4508... ... is that what you tried?

Also, Google Calendar allows for importing of iCal files. If you have an iOS device (iPad or iPhone), you can add the calendar URL to those devices as well.

Many thanks for you help Frank. The only thing I can find is something AirB&B call sync calendar. This gives me a hyperlink of https://www.airbnb.co.uk/calendar/ical/5541403.ics?s=edd7b9747f807107b50726208f421153 

Do you know how to insert this into Outlook calendar or any other program on a PC?
