Can anyone tell me please why, when my villa is advertised at Euros 150 per night that when someone tries to book the price goes up - maybe to Euros 176 per night - this is not what I am advertising it at so its not surprising that people think its to high a price?

Hi - when people put in specific dates they will see the full cost breakdown, which will include your cleaning fee, any additional guest costs plus the AirBnB booking fee which can be up to 12/13%.

Does that explain the difference - if not, ask a guest to send you the breakdown they see.
