Need a rental around San Diego, CA

I'm an Airbnb host in South NJ, near Philadelphia. My son needs to rent a room or unit near his univ San Diego State U. He was a combat marine and a wonderful son. Anybody want to help him get through his "7th year" at SDSU? Karen Peterson-Weeks.

I would not suggest an Airbnb for a student rental @Karen3457 

 

Your son will have no tenancy rights and pay high Airbnb fees.

 

a starting point for your son is to contact the university accommodation office and check out local house share/rental sites .
