My guest can't leave a review!!!

My recent guest would like to leave a review (and I would like to write one for her) but there are no emails or opportunities to do so. Please help so this can be completed in the 14 day time period. I don't have any reviews yet and would like this to be added to my listing.

Under normal circumstances it can take up to 24 hours for the notification to arrive from AirBnB  However, there's something flaky with that part of AirBnB right now, as evidenced by a number of similar discussions elsewhere in the Community forums. Some people are waiting several days before receiving the "Review So-and-so" notification. AirBnB is aware of the situation.
