Anyone know how to retrieve Airbnb market trends?

Hello fellow hosts. A couple weeks ago I saw some local market trend information on the right side of my screen (I think I was in one of my calendars at the time.) It reported market trends that were driving prices both up and down. I found it very interesting and would like to use the information in some local advertising  to encourage more vacation home owners to co-host with me. It showed 61% more visitors searching for homes but 23% fewer homes available since last year. I want to ensure that the information is accurate and up to date but I cannot find any link that leads back to that data. I called Airbn and the support tech didn't seem to be able to find it either--after looking all over the place she finally said it is random when pushed. That's probably true, but I thought I'd ask here just the same, in case any of you have had this same question (or have an answer!)

Did this data ever pop up again? Seems like it would be really helpful.
