Airbnb case managers don't consult hosts about refunds entire amounts to guests .

We had a guest gave us 3 star for Accuracy due to "Incorrect Address" and 2 Star for Location. From communication with the guest, we learnt she did not check out the address until a couple of days before checking in. Our Airbnb address has been correct US postal office registered address for the last 2 years we were listing on Airbnb. 

 

We have reached out to Airbnb Support and sent in screen shots of the 2 star and 3 star review, and communication with the guest. The Airbnb Case Manager Monica sent back two same message that the guest has provided a 5 star overall review, and ignore our questions on the 2 star and 3 star review provided. 

 

We have called Airbnb daily for 3-4 days. Each time they said Monica would call us back, but there is no phone call, no emails, nothing whatsoever. 

 

We will continue to message Airbnb every day and call them when we have some free time. As host, the listing and reviews are personal not business. Airbnb has the responsibility to keep its public review system fair, accurate and free to known misinformaton and wrong facts.

Yes this happens a lot and it is very very upsetting.
