The policy on infants is pure BS! Infants cause more work for hosts and increased expense for cleaning. I've set my listing to not suitable for infants or children, yet I still get inqueries for bookings with kids. SInce you say we have more control, PLEASE give us that control and when we select no kids, don't let guest book or inquire if they identify that they have kids!
