How do I know if guest that I am expecting today have paid Airbnb yet?

This is only my second time hosting. The first time I recived an email from Airbnb that told me the guest had paid Airbnb and that Airbnb would make payment upon check out

@Becky54  The guest pays at the time of booking, so if you have a confirmed reservation (which it sounds like you do since your guest is arriving today), that means the guest has already paid.  You will receive an email the day after the guest checks in letting you know your payout has begun processing.
