I have the same problem... there is no 'save changes' button.. everytime I remove it, it comes back again after coming back to price settings.

It's now again possible to remove the security deposit setting.

I also found that it was not possible to remove it over the past few days. You could uncheck the box on your calendar in "Price settings" and "Extra charges and currency". The amount would disappear but would still be on your listing and show again the next time you logged in.

The problem existed on the website and the Android app. Airbnb customer service acknowledged it.

I tried today and I was able to remove my security deposit.
