What does Payout Sent mean?

Hi!

I'm a new host (just 1 week old) and I'm have a question regarding Payout.

The Transaction History screen shows that the previous transactions have a status of "Payout Sent," but we checked the bank account and the amount wasn't there yet. Also, the bank account we indicated was a dollar account, but we understand that it should be a bank account of our local currency. We also asked our bank and they said that local currency (peso) deposits will not be accepted by the account.

Any advice on this matter? I'm thinking of rectifying the bank account to the right one, but I'm afraid that the previous transactions won't be paid out to us. 😞

@Mike898  I suggest you contact Airbnb to ask if they will be paying you into your dollar account in dollars, or if you need to change your payout preference to local currency and proceed accordingly.

It can take several days after the payment is released for it to show up in your bank account, but you want to make sure that the payment hasn't been rejected and reversed because of a discrepancy in currencies.
