The airbnb app is locked on my phone, it will not allow me to log in, but tells me to log in

The airbnb app is locked on my phone, it will not allow me to log in, but tells me to log in

This creates a delay I do not enjoy with replying to guests. Are there suggestions? I have turned the phone off/on. I could delete the app. What is cuasing this? "Error Please login to continue OK" Click OK, does not take you to a place to log in, or let me log in.

I had to upgrade to a new "smarter" phone to solve this issue. Hopefully someone has a cheaper suggestion for you! I use a Galaxy S5 now.
