Superhost getting no bookings and not in searches

I have been a superhost for over a year, have child and business friendly status, have 5.0 scores on most everything (4.9 on one or two) and 50 positive comments from last year's guests. Yet I am getting few if any bookings this year and when I searched in our area on Airbnb our house did not come up in the searches. I just changed our status in the system from Bungalow to House and it still did not show up. Why is this happening, and what can I do to correct it?

Searching for "flagstaff, AZ" gives 300+ listings, so a lot of competition.

Zoom in on the map towards your neighbourhood, and listing shows up.
