Hi, 

just want to ask help because there is an issue about on our security cameras, while it is in investigation and my account on hold. The one who’s handling the case is not responding to my email or acknowledging my email. It’s been 4 days and still my account is on hold or inactive also I’m losing potential guests.

Not sure what kind of help you are seeking from this public discussion forum, but are your camera's disclosed on your listing?  Are any cameras interior to the house?  Can you provide proof?  When a guest accuses a host of having cameras in the home, Air BNB will put your listing on hold until these questions are answered.
