Refund

Hello, unfortunately we had a bad experience with a major unsafe event happing next door to our airbnb our  Host was very understanding and has refunded all the money from her end but we still have not been refunded from Air bnb, can't find any way to contact the resolutions center.

We would be grateful if anyone could help us.

It sounds like the host just refunded you of her own accord, that you didn't officially cancel? In any case, you may or may not be able get Airbnb to refund the service fee.
