Pricing error

My main listing photograph shows a price of roughy 4 times my listed price when you log on as a prospective guest, and this price seems to flucuate. I am afraid that this will deter prospects from making enquiries. Any explanations please?

Log into your admin, click on "pricing settings" on the right side of the charcoal colored bar. Is the little slide for "Smart Pricing" turned on? If so, click it to turn it off.

If it is already off, further down in the same box, click "extra charges and currency" and see if you have some additional charges listed there. Also insure that the currency is correct for your country.

That's all I can think of that would affect your list price. Maybe someone else has another idea.
