Price Difference Between Base & What People Actually See

I am trying to relist my property with smart pricing set between £250pn and £600pn. When I see my listing on line on the search page it shows 1 price but when you click into it and access the property page this price is changed. Can anyone advise why and what I'm doing wrong?

When searching for your listing it is important to ad dates and number of people when you search. If you don't do that the system will just show you your base price. It is impossible to figure out the price without specific dates. Could that be the issue?
