I sent messages from last night, but no answer, i need help to confirm my trip. My payment has problem. Last week I made an appointment with the bank which is today, o see where the problem is. But last night I recieved a cancellation email. I am shocked and dont know what do do. Please help me to confirm the appartment.

If you take care of your bank difficulty you can try rebooking. Airbnb will automatically cancel a booking if the payment process is not completed, no matter what the reason.
