Payment not received

My host did not receive the payment for the booking last Nov. 14-15. When we check his payout method it's different from the email address we put there can u help me refund?

@Myla2. Your question is somewhat confusing.  Are you a host or a guest?  How do you know what payout method has been set by the host?  More information, please!

It sounds like your host hasn't read up on how payments on airbnb works. You don't pay the host. You pay Airbnb. They then pass the payment onto the host.
