My future guest try to pay by credit card. But it can't be done.

Is there any payment method such as transfer to AirBnB account?

@Irene597 tell your guests to contact Airbnb if they are sure that nothing is wrong with their card. https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/126/what-methods-of-payment-does-airbnb-accept
