Need a Cohost to Manage and Clean in Louisville, KY US A

Were looking for a reliable person to manage booking and clean our tiny guest house in the back of our house. This is for the January 10-February 10 2023. We are willing to pay this person 40% of our payout and they could stay in our house. 
Please let us know if you know anyone who could do this, or if you have any suggestions!

Why don't you ask for recommendations on a local host group and for an experienced local superhost who can help. You may find someone local who doesn't need to stay. 40% is high particularly when you are providing accommodation too.

I agree you need someone local.
