Manager of property not providing statements

I was hoping that someone would be able to fill me in the process of payouts / statements from when you have a property manager run the bookings.

 

We have had random amounts put in our bank account, not really applying to any bookings. The property manager has yet to supply us with any statements to which these payments apply.

 

We had a guest check out the end of Febuary after staying 6 weeks. We have yet to receive payment for this stay. (now end of March)

 

Is this normal? The property manager said that Air BNB is taking a while to release the payment.

 

Any insight into how the payment systems work with Property Manager would be greatly apprecaited!

@Lilian162  sounds a little dodgy to me

Property managers with lots of properties get paid when the guests book

Hosts with a few properties get paid 24hrs after the guests check in

Long term bookings over 28 days are paid monthy in advance
