I've blocked the date for my friends to stay, but how come someone still can reserve it? 

And now I couldn't cancel it, what can I do?

Hello @YuWen3,

If you blocked dates then no one should have been able to check in or stay on those dates.

Occasionally, and it has happened to me, blocked dates become unblocked for some reason. Many hosts have reported that problem here.

In that case you should contact Airbnb support to see if they can help.

Type "contact airbnb" in the "Search the community" box on these forum pages where you posted your question. Scroll down a little in the list of suggestions that appears and click on the "Contact Airbnb: A Community Help Guide[UPDATED]" one. That lists phone numbers and ways to contact them via Twitter or Facebook.
