I'm not receiving any AirBnB notifications on my AirBnB iOS app on my iPhone, what can I do?

It's an iPhone 7 with the latest iOS version and the latest version of the AirBnB app, my e-mail for my booking is a Gmail email address. When I started with my AirBnB listing I received all notifications on my iPhone and on my Apple Watch. Since a few days back I'm not receiving notifications from guests inquirying or asking me questions about my listing. On top of it AirBnB is informing me that my response rate is low, but if i'm not getting notified how can i know? Or am I suposed to keep monitoring the AirBnB site 24 hours a days? Please reply or help! Let be known what setting must be changed or updated in order to receive timely notifications from AirBnB. Thanks.
