My (very lovely) guest arrived last Thursday for a 3night stay. On Friday he needed to extend his stay to 6 nights (yay for me!). Money never showed up. I started calling late on Friday and again on Saturday. And Sunday Monday and now today Tuesday. Still no payout. (Lovely) guest leaves tomorrow! Completely running around in circles with various case managers, so called specialists, people leaving for their two days off yada yada yada. I have been precise in my complaints, haven’t used curse words (yet) and still no resolution. Has anybody else experienced this? It is embarrassing to admit that this is my only source of income and the payout was for food/groceries 😔 which (obviously) I have not been able to buy.
is there anything else I should be doing?
