How can I create a home sharing club in my area or state?

Hello fellow hosts!

I would like to build a group of hosts to collaborate, especially around possible new federal (U.S.) regulations on short term rentals.

There are several "home sharing" clubs (aka Facebook groups) listed on the Airbnb citizen page, but I could not locate info on how to start one.
