Hot (as in $) hosting locations?

Hello all, I am thinking about buying a small place (Studio/2 bedroom) to rent out through Airbnb. I live in the Atlanta area.   Any ideas?  I’m looking to spend less than $120k.

Here is my list so far, would love feedback on the Airbnb markets here:

Hilton Head

Hapeville/College Park/Fairburn, GA (for business travelers)

Cashiers/Highlands/any mountain areas

Staten Island, NY or anywhere near there.

Anywhere in Monmouth County, NJ. 

I am from NY and NJ originally so those areas would be familiar to me and easier to know what/where I’m buying, but I’m open to anywhere!
