Hello @Nui0,

The guest makes the payment at the time of booking. The guest is  not allowed to complete the booking without the payment being made to Airbnb.  The company then holds on to the money, and the host is paid about 24 hours after the guest checks in.  You will get a notice from Airbnb when they send the money out. Sometimes it is a bit less than 24 hours after check in.  Of course, the money will not reach your bank account (pr paypal) until a day or two beyond that.
