Guest refund

hi Amy,

 
This guest demanded a 3day refund when she was only staying for 4 days.
i helped her and accommodated her in every way i could. because she was not free at the time when my agent offered a worker to come help.    so i paid for the plumber to fixed the problem,
i gave her a 2day refund + cleaning fee. and she is now asking me for 3day and the service charge. 
 
im sure she already wrote something horrible about my place.
she said i ruied her birthday weekend and it was her worst airbnb experience ever!!!
 
i spoke to her on the phone and said sorry. but ive tried everything i can to help while being away from hong kong. i told her 2day refund is fair and its the best i can do. 
 
She messaged me about the problem on the 3rd day and problem was fixed that night. She then woke up and said she wanted to leave and book elsewhere to stay. So she left just before the last night.                        
So I think to refund her for two nights is fair.                        
She complained that she couldn't use the toilet and had to go to use the toilet elsewhere.
 
Now im not even sure what review i should write about her.......im sure she wrote something horrible about me already.... 😞
