First guests from hell

We currently hsve guests staying at our rural property... They have decided to do wheelies in their car all over the field in from of the property showing total disrespect.

Has anyone had a similar experience and can we claim damages? We dont take a security deposit as in over 10 years of operations we have not had one problem.

Are you at or nearby the property. If so, go over and tell them to stop immediately. Get photos/video evidence

Make sure you record they are doing this on Airbnb messaging.

Call Airbnb ask them to cancel the booking.

Go back and ensure guests check out at agreed time.

Put in a claim before next guests arrive if there is damage.
