Enquiry received via text

I have received an enquiry via text, but cannot locate this enquiry via my Airbnb account or via email and so cannot reply to this enquiry, how can I follow this through?

What do you mean by text @Gary148 ?

 

All Airbnb bookings come through via their platform. Do you mean you receive an alert on your phone that a booking was made on the platform?

 

I would suggest you give Airbnb a call and check with them if you have received an alert on your phone that isn't on the platform.

I received an enquiry on  my mobile, there is no way to reply to it and I cannot see the message on my airbnb account nor have I received the enquiry via email? What do you suggest?
