Do you mention missing stuff in review?

Hello hosts! 

How do you handle reviews if you notice missing items/ supplies like towels? Do you mention it in the review? Isn't it violating rules that I blame anybody without having a proof? Can the guest do anything like sue me for the imputation?

If the guest was the only person staying with you, message them and say. "I think you must have inadvertently packed my towels, XXX and XXX when you left".

Ask them either to return or send you the monetary value so you can replace.

This assumes you have thoroughly checked the listing to see the guest hasn't left the items in the wrong place.

If they don't respond or agree to replace, you can use the resolution centre and mention in the review.
