I agreed to 20 percent off until mid November, but when I visited the site it says my 20 percent off is until the first week in January. How can I fix this issue?

With new listings, as yours is,  ABB send out an email to people who are looking over the initial period to help promote listings offering a 20% discount for the first 3 people who book within a certain time frame.

I see you in your listing that you are also offering a 20% discount off your weekly & monthly rates, be mindful that when those first 3 Guests book they will effectively be receiving a 40% discount.

You may like to include something in your listing that the weekly 20% is not available on top of the discounted introductory rate - if you don't want to offer a 40% discount.
