Daily room service?

Dear All, 

 

we are at AIRBNB starting form January this year. Currently we have a guest who requires cleaning every day, new towels every day... We are pretty sure all payment must go via AIRBNB and we explained that these kind of services are not a standard and that we are now allowed to take any extra money from him. I also tried to kindly explain that this is not a hotel, rather a place to feel more like at home....

 

Did you have any experiance with these kind of situations?

Ich finde, Du hast die Situation mit Deinem Gast sehr gut angesprochen. Wie hat er denn darauf reagiert?

If this guest has booked with you, he has accepted the terms and conditions that you offer in your ad - and nothing more.
Apparently this guest tries "to improve the conditions". Negotiation skills is now required. Perhaps you will meet him in a little thing, and deny friendly all other demands.
