Custom web addresses

I see the link to "Create your custom link" on my host dashboard; however, the link doesn't appear to be live--it takes me to my listing page with no apparent places to create the URL link. Any advice?

Hiya there,

Thanks for reaching out! You can follow these steps to get customising:

1. Go to “Listings” in your Airbnb App or on the Airbnb site

2. Click on the listing for which you’d like to create a custom link

3.  Scroll down past the photos and location sections to “Custom Link” and click the 'Edit' button.

4. Click on that to create or update your link.

I managed to create my own custom link successfully.  The guidelines say that you should be able to create one for each listing.  I have two listings and so after creating the first one I went to the second listing.  I briefly saw the custom URL section before it disappeared. It appears I can only create one custom URL and that will always take me to one of my listings.  Why can't I do one for each listing?
