Compromised Account, Fraud, Lost Trip, No Response from Airbnb

Monday night my Airbnb account was hacked into and used to purchase over $6000 dollars of services and trips using a saved credit card. They then went in and chagned the primary email address, phone number and deleted a upcoming trip I had this summer. I contacted Airbnb 3 times and have recieved the same message of "we are investingating it and will reach out to you via email". Meanwhile I have a 2000 dollar trip that is paid for that was canclled and not refunded. I'm at a loss of what to do. I though the account getting comprimised was bad enough but Airbnb doesn't stand by their customer at all. This may be the end of my jounrey utilzing thier services.

Make sure you report it to your financial institution that your card is with, it's a crime.
