Co-host fees

What is a reasonable co-host fee?

i pay 20% and this doesn’t include cleaning fees. Mostly self check-in & when I came to visit my home is NOT in working order. 

I’ve seen posts fees very wide in range. 

am I asking too much of my co-host to make sure appliances aren’t in working order?  

ive even had to approach guests with check-in instruction & when a problem co-host was t available to help. 

appliances not working guest complaints. 

please feedback is appreciated.

There is no fix guidelines on how much the co-host fees would be. It would really be totally dependent on the agreement between the main host and co-host. Airbnb will not intervene with this matter.
