City laws in Las Vegas

Hello to one and all. I've been hosting for over a year. Now that I have "Superhost " status, I want to have all my T's crossed. Namely, do I need a business license? Permit? Do I need to go to City Hall for anything.  Thanx for any info.

I just got off the phone with the planning department of Las Vegas and the lady told me Airbnb and STR are not allowed in Las Vegas or Clark County. How are all of you guys doing it? She said you have to have a primary residence and if you rent out one of your rooms you need a business license.
